- 2001 National Champion in Sparring, Soo Bahk Do, Moo Do Kwan Federation. Ms Gilman was awarded a 1st degree blackbelt.
- 2004 Tour de Poway – Completed 50 mile bike ride
- 2005, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Team In Training – Completed Tour de Tucson, Century (100 miles) Bike Ride.
- 2006 Tour de Palm Springs, Completed Century Bike Ride (109 miles)
- 2008 Ironman 70.3, Oceanside California -Completed 1/2 Ironman Race (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13 mile run)
